Due to the perishable nature of our pasta products, we cannot accept returns once the food item has left our facility; however, we are committed to resolving any issues involving damaged or incorrect shipments. If your order arrives compromised, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund.

Take clear photographs of any damaged packaging or incorrect items as these are required to process your claim.

Receive Resolution
Once your claim is validated, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement order at no extra cost.
